On Friday 12 September 2025 RES staff ran two information sessions at Dulacca Pioneers Memorial Hall to publicly launch the project to the community.

The RES team also attended the Miles Back to the Bush Festival on Saturday 13 September 2025.
RES were Gold sponsors of the Back to the Bush Festival and further sponsored the Film Making Workshop with Miles Primary School for the amount of $6,000.
